McGowin Park is an 82-acre Retail Power Center with 650,000 square feet of retail space including six anchors and more than twenty small tenant spaces. Thirty active permits for shell and interior build-outs were required and managed by Artech during the 18-month construction period. This was Artech’s first major retail center for Hutton Development. Since its construction start in 2015, we have completed six regional shopping centers and multiple single and multi-tenant buildings with Hutton.
