HomeServe USA wanted a bright, open contemporary, people-friendly space with plenty of natural light. Artech worked closely with HomeServe reviewing the pros & cons of their previous facility and their extensive technical and employee-driven requirements. The result is an open floor plan meeting the technical demands of a hi-tech call center and the human needs of an employee-friendly, millennial era work environment with open-plan work stations seating over 330 associates. There are over twenty special use office spaces and multiple conference rooms available when privacy is needed. The open flex space allows for impromptu meetings and there are training rooms, an employee fitness center, gaming area and lounge.
