CHATTANOOGA, TN

This 1920s industrial structure originally housed the Holsum Baking Company located in Chattanooga's Southside Cowart Place neighborhood. The 27,000-square-foot, two-story structure contains Chattanooga's first true warehouse loft space with uses that are both residential and commercial. It features an interior atrium. A rooftop deck provides quality views of the surrounding mountains and the downtown skyline from any vantage point.
