This 170,000 square foot historic former department store was converted for new use as commercial space and residential condominiums. Lovemans on Market houses twenty-nine condominium units. An open space or "flex-space" plan was used to provide alternatives for living and entertaining in common areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows, crown molding, large kitchens and private balconies, among other amenities, provide a base of modern luxury, while preserving historic features, such as ornate cast iron columns. Major repairs were made to the original exterior. Adjacent to the building, a 110-car parking garage was designed to accommodate residents.
