This 150,000 square foot speculative office building previously had a very brutal, uninteresting exterior. The windows were very small and the entrance was on Chestnut Street with no real sense of entry. The building basically turned inward and away from the city. The redesign opened up the exterior façade to create more interior daylight and installed metal panels to create a vibrant façade treatment. Further, the main entrance of the building was relocated to 4th Street, providing activity to this once uninviting street face. On the interior, we created a two story lobby space to enhance the entrance to further revitalize the street.
